Default Draining the water tank.

I have a 2003 BT 5230 I need to flush out my tank but I don't want to run my pump that long. Is there a gravity drain? I found this device but I am not sure how it works. I seems awful fragile. it's next to the tank. See image.

Mike, Frutza,
I have an Atrium and I have the same "T" valves. I need to replace those "o"rings. What sizes are they, and finally where do you find them. Thanks for your answer

Thank you. Worked like a charm. Added 1/4 cup bleach for every 15 gal, That's 3/4 cup for a full tank. Drove around a little to splash it around. Turned on the pump. Ran faucets for a few mins then let it drain out over night. Then filled it with clear water turned on the faucet again, let it drain, Ran another tank full through one more time for good measure. Ready to fill it with filtered water.
