Default NEWBIE WITH ?????

HI every one
Newbie Dan here
I?m looking at 1998 GS Sun sport 33 ft. 42000 miles .One slide out.
Outside is in good shape, tires are newer, inside is a little worn. Runs
good transmission shifts good. They?re asking $$$ 8000.00
. the bad the floor is rotted and soft in front of refrigerator. The bath room ,and into the bed room.
My question is can this be fixed and what has to be done. Besides finding the source off the water.
Is this a job for a diy. Or should I run.

Thank you.

Anything can be fixed. The question is at what cost and whether it is cost effective. I believe I would pass on this one.
