Default Cavalier 6316

Hi, new to the forum and new owner of a 2003 Cavalier 6316. Have a question about the drivers seat hitting the slide out. I cannot get the seat back far enough for a comfortable driving position before it hits the slide out, almost like the seat is too wide. Not sure if the seats were changed out, but they match the door panels, etc. Seat will go back more when slide is out, but of course you can’t drive it like that. Any suggestions?

You either find it comfortable, or not, N0 fix available. Traveled 6K-9k miles in mine, seems too upright, but no butt ache/ no backache, so I am happy. Sometimes Mom's or teacher's advice to sit upright was good advice?

LOL, thanks. I’m 6’2” and feel pretty cramped up, but I know what you mean about sitting upright.
