Default 1993 Crown Regis Furnace Question

We purchased a 1993 Crown Regis, and we love it! However, we are also in Indiana and my wife is a princess, so heat in April and May is a very important thing...

Does the heater only work when you have a full 30amps connected to the coach? I only had an extension cord with a converter plug running, so I imagine I may not have been powering the electronic ignition?

Anyone that has any thoughts, I would appreciate it!

I am assuming your furnace is lp gas so it should only need 12v power source to run the unit! But make sure you pull and clean the unit first!!! I have seen mud bees get inside and bind the blower motors. The unit should run and purge before it ignites. It will only try a few times to ignite if there is air in the gas line. I mentioned bees because most rvs do not come with screen covers to prevent critters from entering the intake and exhaust.and on older model's that has been a problem for some. check the fuses also. Just an added thought!
