Default Chair slip on cover or complete chair removal

I have a 2003 Conquest C motorhome. I had the carpet removed for a new vinyl wood plank- look. In the process, I have removed the swivel chair. Has anyone bought an aftermarket cover for this chair? I know custom one costs an arm and a leg. My other solution is to just get rid of the chair and replace it with a closet or storage/ladder to access bed above. However, the chair post has 4 attachments on the floor that I couldn't figure out how to unbolt due to access. The bolts(see picture) do not have any slots, just plain surface and no way to use a socket wrench. Any suggestions?

Hello
I have an 04 version of same chair set up. I removed mine quite easily by removing the nuts and washers from the ceiling of the storage compartment below. We installed a small office in its place.

Bmoe,

Maybe you meant you used the space for a small office, and not just an office CHAIR.

How did you get approval for highway use of an office chair with added seat belts from the NTSB? Does your insurance company know about this modification??

Be safe out there...

Chuck

Thanks BMOE! Yes, I found access via slide out motor compartment. Unfortunately, only two bolts were sticking out in there. The other two I need to access behind the passenger side chair floor. I just had my floor done and now I have to tear the aluminum siding on there. Ugh! Oh well, I guess the old chair is going back. I found the slip on cover online, but it's not the perfect fit, but will do for now.
