Default Loss of electrical items

2008 Gulfstream Independence has no power to heated mirrors, power seat, fan for heat/ac, cigarette lighter, and leveling jacks. All fuses check out good. Batteries like new. Checked grounds that I can find and they are tight, no corrosion. Any ideas?

2001 F53 shows Heat/air fed by a solid state PCM, (Powertrain Control Module) so maybe lost part of that?

Sometimes fuses are not only in the left front compartment, but also in the dash forward of the drivers seat. Have you located both the chassis and the coach add on fuses?

I mentioned the add on fuses since many people overlook the panel inside the dash, forward of drivers area. There are many in-line fuses and breakers. The part I find interesting is you say leveling jacks. Typically there is a larger gauge wire going from the batteries to the level jack pump (large terminal for pump motor/solenoid). Attached to that is usually an in-line fuse (at the pump location) that provides power back to the control for the jacks. Do you have power on the pump motor solenoid (motor contactor)? The other things you mentioned appear to be physically located in the drivers area, thus reason I mentioned the panel usually accessed from panel on top of dash, in front of drivers area. Hope this helps, be easier to be there and help search for the renegade in-line that's probably got you.
