Default Fiberglass roof cleaning and sealing

Hi everyone--I'm new to RVing and I just bought a 2016 Vista Cruiser 19erd with a one-piece fiberglass roof.

The roof is fairly chalky and dirty (see attached photo) and I'd like to give it a cleaning. I have some questions about that:

Can I power wash it? I've heard different things about that. If so, what's a good detergent?

After I get the dirt off, do you all have any suggestions for specific products to remove the oxidation and protect the cleaned surface?

Also, can someone explain coating a fiberglass roof? Is this something that needs to be done regularly to all roofs or more of a fix for a badly worn roof?

Thanks in advance for your help.
