Default Black tank

I have bought a 2003 gulfstream 31' conquest motorhome. The black tank has a hole that looks like there is supposed to be a fitting but when the tank is partially full it drains out all over every thing.
Can someone tell me what goes in that hole?

It is part of a flush system and appears to be broken...you can replace it or simply patch it.
