Default Refrigerator problems

I have a 2019 Amerilite 218MB with a Dolmetic refrigerator. I can't seem to find out why it's not working. I have tested the outlet it's plugged into and checked the GFCI's and can't seem to get the switch at the top to turn it on to electric. Am I missing something?
Thank you in advance for any help in this matter,
Carlton Lowry

The 120VAC power cord in the back of your refrigerator goes to a little black plastic box mounted on the back of your refer. This box controls the 120V to the heating element in the "stack" (metal cylinder at the right as you look in the back, has propane burner in the bottom of it).
This little box has fuses inside. Might have to remove the box to get the cover off, be sure to unplug from power first. Hope this helps a little . . . Does it make sense?

Does panel light? It has to have 12vdc for controls. Heating element can burn out or control board go bad. CB= most common problem.
