Default Fuel mileage

Just curious, what fuel mileage are other owners of Gulfstream 6400s getting. I’ve done some engine modifications and towing my Jeep Wrangler JKU, I get about 7 to 7.2 mpg. Not towing I’ve been getting 8 and even 9.6 on my last 400 mile trip. Just wondering, thanks.

2019. 6.8. 10 to 11 on highway so far. With that, keep tach at 2K or less. Which means somewhere between 55 and 60. Usually closer to 55. But that’s OK, cruise control and enjoy the drive. Going to try some Lucas Fuel Treatment and see what happens.

2010 6400

Around 8 or 9 MPG on flat and no head wind

Around 7 MPG when pulling a loaded 14’ enclosed trailer on flat ground and no head wind.

Going up pretty much any mountain pass in the PNW, you are better off not looking at the MPG readout as seeing the MPG drop to 3 or 4 causes a severe pain in your wallet.

YOUR 6-7 MPG mileage sounds typical of most with TOAD.

I’ve never checked mine without something hooked to the hitch, but our last big trip over 4300 miles with the 4 door JKU in tow, we got 7.6 total hand calc for the whole trip. Some fillups were better, some worse. We did 4351 miles and used 569 gallons.
