Default Mystery Switch

Hello again everyone, reaching out to see if anyone might know what this switch might be for. I purchased the RV (2007 Gulfstream Independence 8330) last October and I have 1 switch that I have no idea what it is for. In the pictures below it is the left white switch, the right one turns on the overhead head rear lights and the front ones are tunred on by one of the black switches. I unscrewed the plate and it has gray wires going to it and the one is hot in the off position, it runs back into a large harness behind the sink and goes back from there behind the heater and untraceable from there without tearing everything apart. When you switch the switch on it goes hot but I have no idea to what. Any help would be greatfull.
