189 DD water tanks drain valve problem

My 2021 189DD fresh water tank drain valve shown below will not drain out of the discharge hose and drains into the RV floor. I should have tried this before the warrantee expired on Feb 1, 2022. The valve is closed as shown and open 180 degrees to the left. What could be the solution? I only used city water and not the water tank.

Blow air through the drain hose it sounds like it's blocked..it could be bugs got in if it sat outside, you mentioned never trying it before so it could just possibly be like some spray foam that got in the line from the factory. if you look under you rv you should see where the line pokes through the bottom to drain. Use low pressure no more then then regulated pressure for water and you should be fine and you should hear the air exiting from under the rv in the location of the drain tube. If there is a drain dust cap the air may just pop it off but unlikely it should be an open tube from that valve straight to the bottom generally..
