Default Retiree's traveling with Dogs

Hello everyone, Mongo & Debdo here and wanted to introduce ourselves! I am a Retired LEO (32 yrs total) and Ms Debdo is working a few more years before she can call it quits! Our kids are grown and gone, so we spent their inheritance on a 2021 Gulfstream Kingsport BH268 Ultra Lite and just starting to use it! We've had tents and pop-up campers while our kids were younger; but now we want to enjoy some of the luxuries a TT provides, along with our big furbabies, while seeing things we've never seen before in our Nation! We hope to meet you along our paths sometime!

Congrats on making the shift. I retired after 36yrs in the Navy and we went full-time. Sold the house and we haven't looked back! We started an RV-centric volunteer organization where we do renovation and upgrade projects for parks and nonprofits all around the country and we realized that it's a great way to travel and see the country while also giving back. So much to see and do out there.

Enjoy the new rig!! Safe travels and see you on the road!

Welcome, Mongo & Debdo !!! I'm also a retired 30-year LEO (3 yrs with a Maryland SO and 27 years federal). Same situation, wife is retiring 12/1 and we bought our GS 19CSK Vista Cruiser before the the big crunch last year for the 2 of us and our 2-3 dogs to go cross country to see friends and family and sights in retirement. Welcome to the Gulf Stream "Family" and hope to run into you (figuratively, of course) on the road! (We're just outside Sacramento, CA)
