Default Stranded with slide issue

2004 Gulf Stream Sun Voyager SE with Dewald jack and slide system on board. We’re stuck unable to drive and unable to tow. Advice?

One slide is partially out and all jacks down. There is a ruptured hydraulic line leaving the Dewald jack unit. As a result, we cannot use the automatic retractor and cannot use the manual pump retractor as it requires hydraulic fluid.

After reading the manual and searching online extensively, we cannot find any manual retract procedure that does not require hydraulic fluid for the manual pump.

Does anyone know of a way to retract a slide and jacks with no hydraulic option???

The pump manifold has a solenoid that releases the hydraulic fluid / pressure on the return side of the actuators. You can turn the small screw on the back of it to release the pressure manually (no more than four turns, other wise you'll damage it). At this point you'll have to use a floor jack to force the jacks up. And brute force the slide in. As a second option you can disconnect the hydraulic line and let fluid release, hopefully in a bucket. Not great options, but two way hydraulic cylinders require fluid movement to move the piston. In on one side, out on the other. Good luck.

Do you have the tools and skill to remove the ruptured line and go to a local hydraulic shop and get a new one made?
