What do you mean? We took out the sofa bed and put in a Fireplace and a TV lift. We built that to fit in the space where the sofa bed was. It wasn’t being used.

Gotcha. Thought you might have replaced it with a better unit and just posted the wrong pics. Nice looking change. I'm looking for replacement sofa bed. The original is terrible. But it keeps company from staying too long.

It's was awful as a bed. We actually used a blow up mattress in front of it for guests because the bed was so bad. Now if we have guests, we have more space for the blow up mattress and a much more functional area.

We have a blow up mattress too. And a tent for it.

We can't do without the couch. We don't have as much seating as you do. Some day we will replace the couch. We will need the storage space under it but not so much a bed.

We did consider flipping that space and putting a double reclining love seat on that side where the couch is and then repurposing the area where the love seat is now. It turned out to be easier the way we did it mostly because of the platform on the slide. It's a challenge to use all the available space you have and get all the features you are want. Best of luck in your search.

Hi, I just replaced my awful sofa with a futon sofa bed. It pulls out a few inches to flatten into a bed like a jackknife unit. We like it for sitting and as a bed. Cloth fabric which we like. Cost $82.00 from Walmart, free delivery in two days.

I replaced both the sofa bed and dinette with two couches that fold flat to beds. I have kids along most trips and its really nice with company to visit. Plenty of sitting space and the dinette was just a junk collector anyway. No body freak, I save the dinette for the next owner!

Hi, we bought the futon bed off the internet. Lots of sights have them. Walmart had the best price and free delivery in two days. For $82 I thought I would try it. For sleeping we put a 4 inch thick mattress topper on it for a nice cushion. Works great.
