Default Replacing Suburban hot water heater

Just purchased a 2006 three slide BT Cruiser and the water heater is bad. I removed the water heater but broke the plastic fitting on the hot water side The tubing is hard plastic and doesn't bend. I'm hoping to replace this with a flexible tubing. Anyone have experience with this?

Go to your local big box store (like LOWES, etc) and get PEX fittings that will adapt your water heater any way you would like. PEX fittings typically use metal ring clamps, but there are other options if you get creative. Hope this helps a little.

Thanks, the water heater is suppose to be in August 10, I just started at Lowes 2 days a week so I can get educated on installing PEX tubing. I'll give an update about the final installation.
