Default 2006 bt 5270

Purchased a used 2006 bt 5270. I am trying to dewinterize the unit and have a couple of questions.

1. Where is the water heater bypass control?

2. The low point drains are under the sink with two of the plastic knobs locked in place by clips, you can turn them but they will not go up or down. They appear to be in the down mode. Any help will be appreciated.

My 07 BT has the bypass valve above the hot water tank and behind a drawer. The valve positions are labeled.
The drain valves for the water system do tend to be tight and take an effort to raise. The T handle in the raised position is open.

I had looked behind the water heater under the stove but I found it under the bed next to the water tank. Seems a strange place for it but I did manage to dewinterize the unit. Thanks for the response.
