Default Outlet under bed???

We have a 2008 Conquest Class C. Dealer installed a new converter and did not plug it in! This converter is mounted under the bed. We can't find an outlet to plug it in. Please help!!! Does anyone know where to plug is converter in?? Thanks!

Not sure I understand your question. A converter is normally that device that converts incoming AC power to DC for use in the RV and to charge the batteries. Iíve never seen on that wasnít hardwired. If the dealer replaced it, the wiring must have been there for the original. Time for a new repairman?

The converter we have IS a plug in model. We found out on our own that it plugs into the back of the power center. Either the dealer who replaced it forgot to plug it in or it came loose. Either way, we went camping and all is well!
