Default Just bought an Adco cover

I just purchased an Adco cover at CW. I got the Tyvec universal fit one for MH from 30.5 to 33 feet. I got a screaming deal using a 15% off coupon and also got free tyre guards. The original price on the cover was $415 and I got it for $312 including tax and the free tyre guards.

I put it on yesterday and it was pretty easy so long as you don't have an issue getting on your roof. It fit real nicely on my 31.5' coach. This is my 3rd winter with the coach, the last two it was in the elements so this year I figured I had better cover it up! The nice thing too is that it has zippered panels so I can open the door as well as the bedroom slide if I wish to.

Just thought some of you might want a personal account of how these things were.

GSadmin, once again, forgive my ignorance, but what is CW? And do these covers come larger, like for a 39'? We haven't covered our current mh, but are planning on building some type of shelter for our new one, but this might be a better, less expensive, and certainly easier solution.

CW = camping world

I too was going to build my RV garage 18 months ago but somehow it has gone to the back burner for no apparent reason other than procrastination. That is why I bought the cover, since I knew it wouldn't be built before this winter season.

I am sure they have one for your coach size, just check via the link at the top of the page (obvious plug).

I will let you all know in the Spring how it held up.

You should try eBay. I bought one for my RV back tew months and saved big time.... No sales Tax. It was from a manufacturer in Washington and was designed for the taller Class A models. I think I got it for less than $300.00

ya, i ebay for alot of things, but with the uncertain nature of fit, quality, etc. of an RV cover, I wanted to buy from somewhere I could return it if I needed to.

I buy (and sell) a ton of stuff on ebay, but only after I know for sure that its the exact product I want and that the manufacturer will honor the warranty as well.

Thanks for the tip...if anyone else out there sees Adco covers on ebay and the price is competitive, I can vouch for the quality thus far...again, we'll see what its like come spring.

CW=Camping World DUH! Guess I should have figured that out!!!

I checked eBay out--they've got a couple for a 39'--one has a starting price of $225 and the other has a buy it now price for $399, so it looks like you did well, gsadmin!

I'm going to run these by Rick--it sure would be easier, the only thing is if you take it out on short trips a lot, it might be a pain to remove and put on the cover a lot. But it sure is a good alternative to the time and money spent to build a building!

Covering an RV is a sad thing. Glub wanted to be home for Christmas a few years ago and so I was putting a cover on our fiver. It was icy and I stepped on the plastic tarp. We spent Christmas, New Years, and Easter at home while my leg healed up. Double compound fracture. We don't spend winters at home any more.
