Default Strange yellow box

While crawling under my 6245 wiring my new solar installation, I came across a yellow box mounted between the frame rails. Unfortunately sometime during my installation I cut the wires leading to the device and now can't figure wire they were connected. Anyone know what this device could be & where the wires could have been connected?

Default You've made a classic mistake you will never make again

You've made a bad mistake. Lesson learned. Always label everything. Never cut a wire you don't complete understand the function of. Best bet is to try to match wire colors. I have no idea how many you've cut or what the yellow box is as you've not given enough info. Pictures? Sometimes you can match the cut ends up when wires get torn on road debris, but you've got yourself into a real mess doing this. I'm not trying to be mean, but it sounds like you should hire a professional to hook up your solar panels. There should be no cutting of existing wires involved.

Thanks for all your thoughts, but this is the fourth solar install I've done, and I'm familiar with all your does & don'ts.
I'm not at all sure that I mistakenly cut any wires, but as I was relocating the house battery to it's new location on the other side of the RV, it's possible that I did so.
But I am curious about what this device could be - all systems seem to be functioning properly.

My guess is that it's some sort of sensor for the leveling system, but the RVs currently buried in the snow, so I thought I'd ask.
Thanks again for your reply.
