Default Looking for insight on adding a Battery Monitor and identifying 12v wire pair

Hello, I have a 2021 Innsbruck 189DD. I am in the process of adding a battery monitor, hoping to get the wiring from the two external 12v batteries to a convenient location inside the camper to mount the display (maybe to where the existing control panel is?). Does anyone have any experience/insight on this (specifically, figuring out how to run the wires from the battery to the inside)? Should I just shield the wires and run them underneath and then come up through the floor at a convenient location?
Also, does anyone know what the pair of wires (12v) go to that I have circled in the attached picture? The red wire comes from the 12v circuit breaker mounted on the chassis, and the white wire is ground (screwed directly into the chassis near the 12v circuit breaker). I was thinking of maybe using that path for my battery monitor wiring, but not sure where they go to. Thanks for any assistance.
