Default Fridge Cooling Fin Discoloration

New 199RK w/Dometic fridge. Returned from first trip, cleaned and dried everything. A week later, there is discoloration on the cooling fins. Some white oxidation, but dark spots on the back. I was thinking mold, but nothing seems to remove it (tried a bleach mix, then a vinegar mix, then a commercial mix, rinsing and brushing for each). So is this just some kind of normal discoloration or am I going about it the wrong way?

That’s apparently what it is, per the dealer as well. Thanks!
