Default Bad Rusting issues. Does anyone have blueprints?

I need to locate the structural blueprints for the structure (storage area frame specifically) on a 1996 Tourmaster 39'. The rusting is so bad that some of the steel is just missing, the remaining pieces are worthless but fortunately that affects mainly the drivers side. I restore classic cars for work so the repair is not a huge issue, however a drawing of where the beams and supports are located would be very helpful. All the sources I've checked said that Gulfstream does not give those up but I was hoping someone has managed to get a copy. Thank you.

Wow that sounds like a real challenge. Are the structural pieces you are replacing part of the coach superstructure or part of the chassis framing? If the latter, maybe your chassis vender would have information... On my 2007 Tour Master, the chassis is by Freightliner.

Hi Chuck. Its a Spartan Chassis, but the part that's rusted out is the part Gulfstream adds to it. (basically the very bottom of the coach which is also the floor of the bottom storage compartments). Most of that 1.5" square stock is rusted out entirely in the front edge and throughout the left side. It was a nice hidden surprise the PO left me to find. Some of this stuff is so poorly designed and on top of it I hear that rustproofing is not commonplace on these coaches for some reason. I can just start cutting away, but blue prints would be very helpful.

I don't have any blueprints, but if you click on this link you can see a picture of how the "cradle of strength" was built on the chassis. Scroll to page 7 of that brochure to see it.

If you click on the link below, it shows how the compartment frame is built on the Scenic Cruiser, scroll down to page 3 of this.
