Default Selling an older rv

Hi everyone, we have a 2007 20 ft BT Crusier that we bought new. It is in good shape inside and out. No slides, two sofa beds , full kitchen and bath. It has 98 k miles on it, we put them all on. Great vehicle fo two people to travel in.
I see lots of them on line listed for 15 to 25 k dollars but usually with only about half the miles.
Due to medical issues in the family we are no longer able to get away like we use to so are planning to sell or donate it.
We have always kept it up mechanically and put six new tires on last year.
Don’t know what the demand would be or what to ask if we try to sell it.
Any ideas? Do you think that the miles is a problem?
It has the Ford chassis With a v 10. Great engine with lots of power but only 10 to 12 mpg.
Would love to hear your opinions.

Those miles on a well cared for V10 shouldn’t be a deterrent. There’s plenty of sites to list it for sale and the benefit is they’re Nationwide. List for what you think it’s worth, you can always lower it or take a lower offer. People are buying RV’s right now, the sooner you list it the better chance to sell it. Hope things work out for you and your family.

If you are looking for a quick sale then a price in the 10k - 15k range would draw interest from people who are thinking about joining the RV community. 90+ k is not a big deal with today's engines. I have had pretty good luck by advertising on Graigs List and Facebook marketplace
