Default BT Cruiser Radio Switching

Hi team,

I have a 2004 BT Cruiser wito a Voyager VR180 radio, like most came with back awhile ago. The radio does not come on, but you can insert and eject a CD. I'm going to pull the radio out and check the fuses, but if that isn't the problem, what else might it be?

Did Gulf Stream have a with to allow the radio to play off the house battery?

Thanks, Mark

Mark,

Not sure about your BT, but the TM diesel coaches sure did have such a switch. The icon on it was a musical note, the picture attached hows it as the lower left rocker...

Thanks Chuck, I don't have a set of switches like that, but I think that they must have had one someplace.

Hoping that someone else will chime in.

Thanks!
Mark

There is a Facebook group for BT Cruiser owners...You might want to pose your question there...

Good luck

Default radio switch

Hi, I have a 2004 BT 5230. I recently discovered the same switch that was hanging out from under the dashboard on the drivers side. I had always been playing the radio with accessory mode which for obvious reasons is APITA. Only by luck did I figure it out when i had fussed with it one day and left it on. I noticed my radio light went out when I switched it off. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at this usful bit of kit as it allows me to play the stereo on the house bank.
