Default buzzing behind fuss panel

Quick question while I am thinking about it. Can anyone give me a reason or some help as to why once in a while there is a buzzing sound coming from behind my fuss panel. It is not all the time, but when it does happen it is only when hooked up to shore power, and it is not all the time. I can make it go away by turning certain lights on or off and by flipping a breaker. I can not remember which on for sure.

Oh as well, when I was winterizing my trailer last year, when I was taking my battery off, it was sparking. Does that mean something was on? As I was pretty sure I had everything off? Should I be turning any breakers off when winterizing or parked for a week or so.

Little help please

I have a 2012 VIsa 19rsd
