Dometic power awning, no power

I have a Gulfstream Cresendo 8390 CRW.
I have a Dometic PowerPro awning that does not have any power to the control box. This is located on the curbside next to the entry door.
I have checked the fuses in the compartment below the drivers seat. It shows 3 fuses for a power awning in fuse block B. A9, B7 & B11.
These 15 amp fuses are all good and have 12 volts on 1 leg to ground.
Is there another feed to this awning that I'm not seeing? Or a interlock?

When you say "Control Box" do you mean the switch mounted on the panel just inside the door, or the remote control receiver box? Either way, don't neglect checking for a good ground connected to the awning motor, also there is (normally) an inline fuse, most times stuffed inside the wall with all the wires behind the panel beforementioned.
