Default Winter travel in 2007 Gulf Stream

We are planning a trip this winter and expect to spend some time in below freezing temperatures. Furthest northern point is Colorado Springs, Co. I noticed my rig has a "Holding tank hot water heater" switch in the bathroom. I assume this will prevent the black and gray holding tanks from freezing. Any ideas on what I can do to prevent the fresh water tank/lines from freezing? I have heard suggestions like 1) putting a little thermostatic space heater, in the compartment, with thermostat so the temp doesn't get below freezing but not too hot 2) put a 60 watt light bulb in fresh water compartment.

Any other suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks
