Default Oil fill

I want to do the oil change on my 2000 Sun voyager Independence but the oil fill is not on the valve cover. Is anyone able to confirm that this is the fill location? As seen in the picture.
If the picture doesn’t come through the location is a cap with long tube into the side of the engine and it starts next to the dipstick.
There is no identification on the the CAO. It is just a plunger style cap
Picture is upside down for some strange reason.
