I would suggest you proceed with caution on this and try to find out what type of shocks you have. The shocks have a range of travel on them. I believe they would be Monroe #
Anyhow since the shocks are mounted at an angle and hence the range of travel is hence reduced by that angle. If you add one more inch which is about all the bolt hole change would allow then you might exceed that range of travel. Do I know it is an issue for sure NO, but just check into it to be safe.
You probably can get an almost equal ride height change by going to larger tires and that would effect the shocks as much as the bolt hole change. I think you have the room but a call to Gulfstream would likely help. They were wonderful helping me out getting my shocks.
