Default Interior Lighting

Guys, I just did a fairly extensive renovation of my 2007 GS Yellowstone and my wife wants to replace the "standard" double light over the dinette with a pendant light. I have the 12v pendant light she wants, but there is no switch with it. Any ideas on how to add one?

Find a push button switch, drill a hole in the base and install the switch. Could probably use the switch form the fixture you’re removing.

I did just that! Found a switch, cut a slot, wired it up, blew a fuse, tried again, and viola! Works like a champ! Thanks.

Nice Wayne...


When I first got my Tourmaster, I modified its dining fixture to allow a 'candlelight' mode where the three bulbs worked in series to give a nice subdued lighting. Heee is what it needed in terms of switch wiring:
