Default Battery switch

What should the switch be positioned to when parked at home? We keep it plugged in, but didn't want to burn up my battery. But I don't want to kill it either. Still new to having a camper that has all working features.

Keep it on - battery connected. Converters installed in travel trailers for the past few decades will not overcharge the battery. They automatically go into a trickle charge mode.

Mine plugged in, turned ON past 5-years; previous battery replaced at 9yo. I check water every few months, as has used very little over the years
