Default Conquest 32 ft brakes making whining noise when depressed

We have a 2010 Conquest 32ft on a Chevy chassis. We've had it about one year. It gets used about four weeks a year and is otherwise in storage, with battery disconnect switch installed and disabled on house batteries, and fully covered. Last week I picked up the rig from storage and on the drive home, noticed a whining sound whenever I used the brakes. The brakes worked fine, but the noise concerns me as I never heard it on other trips. I checked the brake fluid when I got home and it was halfway between low and full (brakes pedal not depressed and engine not running.) Any ideas or advice would be appreciated.
