Default Gulf Stream 2000 Scenic Cruiser Water Filter

After Opening my coach up for the summer season I realized the on board water filter does not have water flowing through it. I have the city water connection hooked up with plenty of water pressure to all of my water outlets, so I do have water, but it just isn't being filtered. There must be a water shutoff valve on this unit somewhere I am not finding that is isolating the water filter. Does anyone have any ideas I might try or where I should look. I have had the coach into Camping World at Richmond, Indiana several times for repair. I think they have shut something off somewhere that I cannot find. I will not return there for service again.
