Hi, I have a 2021 Innsbruck (189DD) Travel Trailer (bought new this past January). I'm a newbie to travel trailer camping. This is my first winter for winterizing it (living in SW Idaho, so below freezing temps occur on a regular basis). It is winterized, sitting in the driveway, no hard cover over it. But it does have a soft cover over it for the winter. I'm curious as to what the consensus is for the following two questions:
1. Should I leave the two rear stabilizer jacks up or down (engaged with the ground) during the winter? No front stabilizers installed.
2. I have two 12v external batteries. I currently have a shoreline connection from the 30-amp trailer connector to a 50-amp outlet at the house (via an adapter). Is it OK to leave the batteries connected/charging this way on the trailer through the winter, or should I bring the batteries into my garage and occasionally connect them to a trickle charger during the winter?
Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom on this.
