Default 2018 Conquest 6320 Slides

Hi,

Just purchased this 2018 Conquest 6320. Has two slides, BR and LR.
Question as I did not get any manuals with the slides or motor home for that matter.
1. What type slides are they? I thin I can get manuals downloaded.
2. Is there a manual way to extend or retract the slides. I had a Class A with HYD slides but these are electrical. Seems to have a worm screw like fixture on sides that I assume does the work. They are not real rapid moving.

Where are the motors for theses slides. Looked and can't find them.

Thanks in advance!!

Any other recommendations from other 6320 owners?

Default 6320 Slides

I also have a 2018 Conquest 6320. Add it did not come with manuals that were helpful. The slides are schwintek . There are lots of videos on the web showing how to move the slides manually, to bypass the controller, etc. I won't repeat them here. I have never had to use the slide manuals but I know where I can find them. I have had no problems with the slides. Make sure the battery is full and, if you can, have it plugged into shore power when operating the slides. The main slide is very heavy. I make sure that the unit is fairly level because if its not, it could bind the slide mechanism.

Pencil, paper, cell camera, flashlight, go around and MAKE LIST, Start w/ VIN, take PICTURES of all appliances/ furnishings, AND MODEL/SERIAL/ BRAND, and start an online search evening armchair for OWNER MANUAL, PARTS LIST, SERVICE MANUAL? All to One Folder, w/ sub-folders by (e.g. MFR Name-Device Name-Model= SuburbanWater Heater-SW6D); All to one folder will later allow 1-Click for backup or Flash Drive portable. Good Luck

TIP: Also BEST to determine/ practice emergency manual slide operation procedures in the driveway; this way you determine/ carry any specials tools needed? Socket, cordless drill, special wrench?

Default Schwintech slides

Thanks t all for the replies.

Having red the on line comments about the slides, it has made it clear the procedures to extend and retract the slides.

The Class A I one years ago had it boldly stated to make sure the unit is level and stable before extending slides and to insure battery power is fully charged.
I would always level and do the hook ups before extending the slide to insure the power was at maximum.

Seems to still be the correct way to deploy the slides.

Merry Christmas to all!!
