Most tanks have low point drain. Look under coach at the tank location and also in your water service bay, there very well may be a valve. If you can't locate that, the water inlet hose to your fresh water pump is next lowest drain point. Opening that and flushing water will work, no sense running pump, gravity works well. A small amount of (cheap, one ingredient) bleach can be used into the tank. That will kill the nasties. (albeit controversial, bleach = chlorine, same as in drinking water now). There are water treatment products out there you can use at the end, they "freshen" the water . . .
