Had a similar problem. There are tiny pinholes and cracks that are nearly impossible to see. Washed the roof good with Dawn detergent. Let it dry for a whole day in hot sun. Then painted the entire roof with Flex Seal PAINT IN White Color. White reflects heat remember from science class! Did two coats and fixed the problem. When it cures out completely, it dries ROCK HARD. TOOK FOUR GALLONS FOR MY 38 FT SUN VOYAGER CLASS A. Mine is a 2006 year model. No $7500 for a new roof!!!! One Happy Camper for sure. $400 for the Fles Seal and $200 for mi amigo for painting.
