Default BT Cruiser Slide Repair

Hi all,
I have an 05' BT Touring Cruiser with two slides. The front slide (has the galley and sofa) is not level with the rest of the coach and is lower at the front of the slide than the back. The local repair shop says a bolt holding the slide roller is broken and needs to be replaced. In order to do this the local shop says the whole slide needs to be removed because the clearance is too tight to work in. Does this sound like the correct method of repair?
Thanks!
