Default Problem with A/C

I have a 2002 Gulfstream Seahawk and had a issue this weekend with the A/C. It would run fine for about 2 hours and then I would start to lose air flow and would not keep the trailer cool (It was 90 degrees out) and noticed that the water would not be dripping as much. I would wait 3-4 hours and then fire it backup and it would work for awhile again. I did notice that when the Air was off it would start dripping more thatn when it was on. Any Ideas would be appreciated.

I would start by checking the filter on the unit, you can clean it in warm soapy water if it is dirty, If you can vacuum off the coils that are on the inside, also make sure all the vents are open so you have max air flow. If this doesn't help go up on the roof and remove the cover and clean the coils with a vacuum cleaner. If any fins are bent you should carefully straighten them out so air can flow through them. Make sure your fan is on automatic too. One of the above should do the trick as long as your unit has a full refrigerent charge, and from what you describe I think it should. Good luck.......Tim
