Default Control panel issues

Hi everyone - new here.
Been searching for my issue and not able to find solutions or even anything similar to what I am seeing with my RV. I have a 2016 GS (Yellowstone) toy hauler 35 footer.
Pretty much everything on my control panel works (checked fuse anyway). But... when I push the buttons to check my levels, only my gray tank shows a status. All the rest are blank. Has anyone seen this before? If it were one tank, I’d think sensor, but my black, fresh and battery sensors don’t seem to be working. Again, EVERYTHING else does.
I attached a picture of my panel and the gray tank light working. I appreciate any help/guidance.
Thank you!!

Cool Ground

I've seen this occasionally. Usually is the lack of a ground connection. The white wires on back of you panel are ground (common, negative 12VDC). You may be missing proper ground for your tank sensors. OR the tank sensor board is bad.

If you are comfortable with a multimeter, or test light, you might get lucky solving the ground issue.

Hope this helps.

Thank you! I did suspect ground, before I dug in, I thought I’d put it out there.I found it odd that some of the panel works, but not all. I’ll keep digging. Next step is to open the underbelly.

You can usually fix it from the back of the control panel.

Sounds like remove screws and INSPECT BACK OF PANEL CAREFULLY? You may find a loose wire, bad solder joint, etc?
