Default Black tank flushing

First time using our new Envision 220RB. When I connected my water hose to black tank flush connection , it filled my fresh water tank instead of my black tank. The fresh water tank inlet is on opposite side of trailer. Anyone else experienced this? Or am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

Have you filled the fresh water tank before? The connections may be marked incorrectly on the trailer.

And if you did fill the fresh water tank thinking it was black tank flush, you may want to drain the fresh water tank and sanitize it.

This video shows black tank flush to be just below the shore power connection. Fresh water fill is on the door side under the awning.

I have seen the video. I am having the dealer check it out. I’ll definitely mention sanitizing the freshwater tank. The hose was brand new as is the travel trailer too.
Thank you for the reply.

I had the same problem with my BTOURING Cruiser. The fresh water inlet and the black tank flush intakes are next to each other and the labels were reversed under them. They swapped the labels so everything is correct now.
