Default Need help with my 198bh

We have a 2018 Amerilite 198bh, it’s a great small trailer for my family, but I have one problem with it. The tub/shower.

The lip of the tub is tiny and the water pools there during showers and then goes over the edge then under the tub. Showers are a chore for me. I have to take the panels off and clean all the water up.

I don’t know if a solution..

2nd problem is when the AC runs it drips water, the problem is it comes out and comes down the gutter right at my door, it pools there. Is there anyway to force the water to one side of the camper?

the 'tilt' of your camper has a lot to do with both, more than likely, as if you are showering and the water gets onto the 'lip', it then runs to the front side of the curtain and over the edge, the lowest point... Keep a towel there on the floor when showering.

as for the 'over the door' aggravation, that's also the same - how 'level' your camper is - water will ALWAYS find the lowest point and aggravate you there! Either sit something on the roof of the camper to 'divert' the water farther away from the entry, or even consider 'leveling' the coach a little more to the opposite side, meaning the ENTRY side would need to be lifted slightly.

New 2021 199DD here...actually we have both things that you have described. It does have to do with the tilt of the camper but the tub isn't level even when the camper is. I will be fixing the tub this week. Havent decided how I want to fix it yet though. Thought about getting tub splash guards but they're kinda ugly...so ill think about it a bit. What I will be doing is adding some butyl or putty tape to cover the gap between the tub and the wall. Then ill put the trim back re-caulk it. That will atleast ensure if water does make it past the trim going around the tub that there is atleast another barrier. Updates within a few days!
