'08 SN 6331 Ducted Air Question

My front AC in my 6331 is not working well when trying to send the air through the ducts. I was replacing an overhead light recently and the air was actually coming out of the 4" hole under my light, which made me wonder if anyone has actually seen if the air is routed through ducts or just emptied into the space between the ceiling material and the roof - it would explain why my system isn't cooling well...

PULL ceiling return grill and see if properly sealed? If not, get a roll of aluminum FOIL HVAC TAPE; check videos on Youtube? Good Luck'
