Default 2010 GS Montag 29H

I am purchasing a 2010 GS Montag with 14250 Miles on it . It has a 5.4 Triton engine w/ F450 drive
Has anyone had experience with this size engine in a similar coach ? Or hopefully owned a Montag for some tips ! Any help would be greatly appreciated

Default Spark Plug Replacement

I have a 2000 5.8ltr Ford V8 in a E250 van. The 2000 year series has two valves per cylinder. In later versions beginning in 2001 Ford made it 3 valve per cylinder motor. This made changing the spark plugs a very daunting task. On a simple pickup truck this job can run over $1000. The plugs have a tendency to snap off and it requires a special tool to remove the base of the plug.

Ask a Ford shop about your year of 5.4. I just had my two valve motor tuned ($400 with a fuel filter) at 100000 miles when it started missing terrible. The only other thing I have had trouble with is one ignition coil (there is one per cylinder) and if you don't drive it for long periods of time the brakes rust beyond use. I have put four sets of rotors and calipers on the front of this van just because I rarely use it. It is my tow vehicle (or was)
