Default FRED Dash Air Conditioning Not Cooling

My Bounty Hunter, which is a FRED, has problems with the dash air conditioning unit not cooling. It is currently in the local shop and they are trying to work with Evans Tempcon, the manufacturer of the unit. The local shop is having problems with the unit not cooling and in consultation with Evans Tempcon, feel that the positioning of the A/C condenser may be part of the problem. It seems that the condensor is mounted on the frame rails under the unit behind the egine and transmission. My question is for anyone that has a FRED. Are you having any problems with your dash air and is your condensor mounted the same way or is it mounted with the radiator?
