Default Wall Shower Mount Bracket

The wall bracket for the hand held shower is getting loose. Does anyone have any experience in how they are attached to the wall?

I replaced mine with an Oxygenics, old had two visible screws; new had screw hidden by ball mount, so unscrew/ remove the swivel head and see if you then see screws?

Thanks for the response. There was actually a little pin you pushed in on the top and bottom of the mount. Once pushed in, you could gently wiggle the mounting cover off to expose a plate with a few screws. I purchased an oxygenetics, however took it back and put a nice shut off valve on the end of the hose that attaches to the faucet outlet.
