Default Waste valve replacement

I am replacing a gray water valve on my conquest motorhome . The heads of the bolts were rusted to much to use a wrench and I used a dremel to cut them out but I boogered up the mounting flanges that the valve mounted to.
My question is are the flanges replaceable or do I have to replace the big pipes that they are attached to?
