I've also been running the bathroom sink and shower but I think they are filling the black water tank. Anyone know these systems??

If you have the black T-handle valves, pull the stainless steel WIRE CLIP and remove the PLUNGER, and run a DRINKING STRAW BRUSH THRU THE OUTLET, then reassemble; it is very common for mud daubers to build in that small outlet? Good Luck.
