Question Wheel Lug Nuts or Jam Nuts

Hi,
I'm trying to help a friend find replacement lug nuts (I think that's what they are?) for their 1987 Gulf Stream Palm Breeze model 8314 RV. I know so little about RVs, i'm not even sure I have this in the right class forum.
I've attached pictures of the item that I'm trying to find. I have googled, and have seen generic RV parts for sale - would they suffice, or does it have to be specific brand?
I've tried searching, but, it is challenging since I am not 100% sure what these are called.
Thank you for your assistance,

Rob

Those appear to be the dress nuts that hold on the wheel simulators on some coaches, and are not really lug nuts themselves. Does the wheel simulator look like the image below?

Not sure, but that looks more like a Chrome LUG NUT COVER that holds the hub cap on?
